This is a very light, very attractive eighth bent Dublin with a a nice deep blast. The nomenclature is good except part of the Lane circled "L" is diminished. The shape number is 60X, the X denoting that the bit is not a double comfort. The stem may be a replacement. I'm not sure, but the fit to the shank is not absolutely perfect. There may have been a band on the shank at some point but it was clearly for aesthetic purposes since there is no crack.
