I love the work of Peter Heeschen.  This is a Heeschen-like shape with  twist - almost no shank and a military bit, the "shank" extension is set off with a white accent band.  It's light at 1.2 ounces but with a 13/16ths bore, it has a nice tobacco capacity.  The pipe is made of 10+ year old Algerian briar and has a wonderfully complex grain.  I do not use putty fills and there are some very minor sand pits.  The pipe will come with a nice suede leather bag.
