Ricco Santia of Ontario, Canada has created quite a stir among cob smokers. He uses Missouri Meerschaum’s bowls and adds bamboo shanks and either vulcanite or acrylic stems to create the Santia ULTIMATE COB. To prevent burn out or rot out of the base of the chamber, Ricco uses a briar inlay at the bottom of the bowl, resulting in a cob that will last. His ULTRA ULTIMATE models sport longer, bent bamboo shanks. They are well made and VERY cool!
