Streamliner

This is a really neat "gadget pipe" that was made by the American
maker, Weber.  Nomenclature is clear.  The Streamliner logo is on the
stem and on the right side of the shank is "Air Cooled" over
"Streamliner" over "U.S. Des.Pat.127324.  I have no idea what "Des"
denotes.  It's been smoked, but lightly.  There are no tooth marks.
Two of the "fins" on the left side of the bowl have small chips which
are hard to see because of the surrounding rustication.  I'm not
really sure that they're chips.
