Frank Storm is a well-known pipe repairman and restorer living and working in Minnesota. He also makes pipes. This was a 2004 Pipe of the Year for MAPS, the Milwaukee Area Pipe Society. It comes in a nice wooden case with red fabric nested interior to hold the pipe for storage or display. The stem is vulcanite and the pipe sits nicely.
