Jelling’s was a pipe shop in Newark, N.J. which sold many pipes that were made by others and private labeled.  There are three on this page.  Two are stamped Jelling like this one and the other is Jelling’s.  This is a lovely Canadian with an an excellent cross grain and in excellent condition.  It probably dating back for more than 50 years based on the other pipes in the collection from which it came.  There is minor pocket/handling wear.  Inner and outer rims are sharp.  No country of origin stamp.  Only “Imported Briar.”  Ebonite stem with no tooth marks.  Sharp pipe in very good condition.  Light!
