E4124-1

You don’t see many of these, a Pre-war Sasieni Eight Dot.  Based on the presence of the town name, Lancashire, and the florid “S” and patent number, this pipe is dated to the period 1935 to the beginning of WWII.  (Stephen Smith article).  The pipe is in exceptional condition, save for the marks on the rim (see photo).  The finish is excellent all the way around.  There are a couple of reflections in the photos - not finish issues.  Stem has the original stinger or “extension” as it was called.  It will come with the pipe but is easily screwed out if you choose to smoke it without (You will).  The nomenclature is all there.
