PAYMENT
Just use the Paypal button beneath the pipe you wish to buy. You don’t have
to have a Paypal account. The Paypal system will accept your credit card. I’m also happy to receive U.S. Postal Money orders and, for prior customers, personal checks.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Within the U.S. and I ship by USPS First Class mail with full insurance and Delivery confirmation for $5.50, less than what I usually pay. Except for very unusual circumstances, I always ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
International First Class shipping to Canada is $3.50. However, to insure a shipment to Canada I must ship via the International Priority service which will usually be about $30. If you choose not to insure the shipment, all risk of loss or damage is yours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments other than to Canada are $8.00. I will ship internationally without insurance but buyer accepts all risk of damage or loss. In order to insure international shipments I must use International Priority which is usually about $30. If you are a non-U.S. buyer, please email me so I can provide exact cost for shipping. I’m sorry to have to impose this requirement but I’ve recently had a couple of international shipments disappear “into thin air.” All import duties are for buyer’s account.
RETURN POLICY
I do not send pipes “on approval” but if you receive a pipe from me that doesn’t live up to your reasonable expectations, you may return it by insured First Class mail and UNSMOKED within seven days of receipt at your expense.
