PAYMENT

Just use the Paypal button beneath the pipe you wish to buy.  You don’t have
to have a Paypal account.  The Paypal system will accept your credit card.  I’m alsohappy to receive U.S. Postal Money orders and, for prior customers, personal checks.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Within the U.S. and I ship by USPS First Class mail with full insurance and Delivery confirmation for $5.50, less than what I usually pay.  Except for very unusual circumstances, I always ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments other than to Canada must be either fully insured or by Registered mail.  I will ship to Canada without insurance but buyer accepts all risk of damage or loss.  If you are a non-U.S. buyer, please email me so I can provide exact cost for shipping.  I’m sorry to have to impose this requirement but I’ve recently had a couple of international shipments disappear “into thin air.”  All import duties are for buyer’s account.

RETURN POLICY

I do not send pipes “on approval” but if you receive a pipe from me that doesn’t live up to your reasonable expectations, you may return it by insured First Class mail and UNSMOKED within seven days of receipt at your expense.
